I do not wish to operate in an unforgiving mode, but rather, in the act of seeing, I am always attempting to understand why I photograph.
This series does not aim to reveal an impoverishment of meaning, or to emphasize the symbolic depravation of nature today,
but rather to show that we must retain a sense of ambiguity in the everyday,
and that we must interpret our daily world with an open mind.
